Database Inclusion/Exclusion Policies
Updated May 19, 2008 Community Information & Referral lists over 2000 organizations serving Arizona. Our general service area includes the ten northern and central counties including Apache, Coconino, Gila, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, Yavapai, and Yuma. If you would like to add your organization to our referral database, please read our Inclusion/Exclusion Policies listed below or take this simple quiz to see if your agency qualifies. Community Information & Referral lists over 2000 organizations serving Arizona. Our general service area includes the ten northern and central counties including Apache, Coconino, Gila, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, Yavapai, and Yuma. The following organizations are included in our 24-hour referral database and our Directories of Human Services and Self-Help Support Groups.
All nonprofit organizations that do not meet all of the above requirements will be included in our database, but will not be published in our annual Directories of Human Services and Self-Help Support Groups. For-profit organizations other than hospitals and hospices will be considered for inclusion in our referral database only if they provide social services to their community not offered by any other organization regardless of their nonprofit status. For-profit organization inclusion is determined on a case-by-case basis. Does your agency qualify to be listed with us? Please download and fill out our Agency Application to submit to us for review.
